Rate Policy

• The prices are in Naira per night, and includes all taxes.
• Smoking of cigarette is not permitted in rooms and common areas.
• Sale and use of illicit substances and hard drugs are prohibited.
• All forms of cyber-fraud activities are prohibited.
• Check in time is 2.00 pm and checkout is 12.00 noon.
• Information and identification of guest are mandatory at the point of check in.
• Late checkout up to 4pm will be charged per hour, between 4pm to 6pm attracts a half day rate of the apartment occupied by the guest and after 6pm a one-night rate will be charged.
• Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
• A one-night charge will be made on bookings not cancelled as stated above.
• Pets are not allowed at all.
• Children under the age of 12 years can share room with parents.
• Guests shall be required to make a caution deposit ranging from NGN 20,000 to NGN 100,000 depending on the category of the apartment taken, at the point of check in. This deposit shall serve as an indemnity against damages to items and facilities in the apartment and shall be fully refundable if no damages are recorded. Where there’s a damage(s) the value of such damage shall be deducted from the caution deposit and the balance refunded to the guest. However, where the value of the damage(s) is more than the caution deposit, the guest shall pay the shortfall.
